The Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy and Medical Technology Association in Japan jointly discussed the common communication protocol between dialysis fluid supply machines and central computer system. The concrete environmental change is caused by the progress of dialysis machines for online or offline HDF therapies. Therefore, we arranged that the countermeasures became suitable for the present dialysis field environment. Specifically, we increased 60 items regarding the transmission from dialysis machine, including 34 reception items of dialysis machine Ver. 4.0. The Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy has built disaster countermeasures in cooperation with municipalities. At present, when the infrastructure collapsed, the planning of information communication remains a problem. |
