[ Summary ] The increasing number of dementia patients increases the risk of developing complications with elderly dialysis patients. That may affect their daily lives and survival rates. As a result, the progression of dementia makes treatment difficult. However, not a few dialysis patients with dementia hope to remain at home. People with dementia who live at home require some life support. However, the problem of getting adequate nutritional information may be difficult. Therefore we should and use nursing care services to help them continue living in their homes, with staff working with regional managers, etc., to support efforts to reduce the burden on patients and their families.
