[ Summary ] Dietary therapy for dialysis patients is affected by differences in living environments. Nutritional guidance corresponding to the individual subject is necessary. In urban areas, efforts are required in consideration of the fact that there are many single generation families and there are few supporters and that they are affected by commuting time and associated complications. As a result, it is necessary not to depend on normally in home cooking, but to make good use of ready-made meals and home delivery of foods.
Also, during the dialysis induction phase, guidance on blood data etc. is important, in terms of changes in food preparation, especially in terms of adequate protein intake.
