[ Summary ] Recently, the number of patients with malignancy who undergo hemodialysis has increased. While the likelihood of administering chemotherapy for patients undergoing hemodialysis has increased, we are forced to do so with limited information. There are many unknown aspects regarding the medication administered for patients undergoing hemodialysis, which is not limited to anti-tumor drugs ; therefore, it is necessary to organize the systematic information as much as possible. In this study, we present a general discussion describing elementary pharmacokinetics in patients undergoing hemodialysis as well as detailed explanations of typical anti-tumor drug profiles and administration methods. In recent years, the field of OncoNephrology has attracted much attention, and progress in studies from this field are expected in the future.
