[ Summary ] In 2000, The Japanese Association of Dialysis Physicians started the network system for sharing information at the time of disaster. This system is composed of two tools, one is an open website for sharing disaster information, another consists of a members only mailing list. This system was widely used in the Great East Japan earthquake in 2011 and the Kumamoto earthquake in 2016. For further utilization of this system, more preparation of dialysis workers is needed.
