| [ Summary ] | Electronic medical record systems have made daily clinical practice more efficient and of higher quality because they have enabled us to avoid mal-practice situations by repeatedly checking orders from doctors for other medical staff members. Furthermore, they have also enabled us to prevent medical records tampering by logging therapy. In the field of dialysis therapy, dialysis management systems with various functions have been developed. They have reduced accidents during dialysis treatment and improved daily dialysis practice efficiency. However, there are several issues to be solved concerning integrated links between electronic medical record systems and dialysis management systems. | |
