| [ Summary ] | The purpose of HDF therapy is to efficiently remove large molecular weight substances which can not be removed by HD. The amount of leakage of albumin is used by us as an indicator of large molecular weight substances which can be calculated non-invasively from dialysate effluent concentrations. The amount of leakage has a close relationship to improving patients' general complaints. We will refer to removal characteristics for large molecular weight substances with online HDF and clinical effects, as well as allowable amounts caused by albumin leakage. | |
