Along with novice nursing staff training has been mandatory effort, to formulate continuing training programs for novice nursing staff members is required for all facilities regardless of their scale or function. In our organization, we reviewed and updated our conventional nursing education programs so that they correspond to novice nursing staff education in accordance with the "Rookie Nursing Staff Training Guidelines", issued in 2014 by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Our motto, "all staff members assist in novice training" became an integral aspect of our organizational culture through efforts aimed at training and personnel development. We summarize the processes we use to develop novice nursing staff training program in our corporation. |
