[ Summary ] Many dialysis patients want to eat without concern for particular vegetables or fruits. Many dialysis patients want to eat dairy products. How can we arrange for the utilization of low-potassium vegetables? Dietary supplements have been a recent topic concerning prevention of PEW (protein-energy-wasting) due to lack of dietary intake and energy, protein shortages. Efforts were made to reduce the mental burden on patients who are receiving diet therapy.
