| [ Summary ] | The most important factor affecting use of science and technology is review of work to correctly understand evidence. Dialysis work is affected by dialyzers and equipment functionality. One role of dialysis staff members is to supplement the shortcomings of equipment to provide safety. Review of operational procedures, side effects and accidents provides a chance for us to improve daily activities. The acquisition of certification and skills is useful for motivation to continue to improve expertise. Education concerning clinical safety, standardized operations review of procedures is necessary for management to prevent unsafe behavior. |
