[ Summary ] | Prevention and early identification of transplant rejection and infection are most important in the post-renal transplant patient. It is also necessary to maintain adherence that means it is important to encourage the prevention and management of lifestyle-related diseases that might result in a poor outcome for the transplanted kidney. The early identification of symptoms and risk factors and initiate prompt treatment and appropriate patient education are important. This investigation should be performed during post-renal transplantation nursing care by using physical assessment. |
