[ Summary ] It is vital adequate measures be taken by health care providers in the establishment, control and monitoring of healing for dialysis patients having undergone vascular access (VA). We must keep in mind proper methods to make incisions, carry out abrasions and apply sutures. In addition, improvements in patient care must be made in terms of furnishing improved facilities, enhanced caregiver knowledge and skills. These skills must be maintained through ongoing training and practice. percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) or surgical repair must be conducted in terms of provision of the best treatment in terms of economy and health.
