| [ Summary ] | The first AVF is an important factor in ongoing QOL for patients, and we have to be very carefully for that. It is basic that AVF is manufactured from the forearm tip to take a lot of parts which we can puncture, and to secure a manufacture part in the case of the rebuilding due to stenosis again. When an AVF is created near the elbow, care must be taken to reduce anastomosis diameter because of high blood flow potential. Preoperative blood vessel evaluation assumes ocular inspection, palpation, the Allen test basics and adds the surface of a body surface ultrasonography. It is desirable to be operated on after obtaining information morphologically as well as functionally. |
