[ Summary ] Patients receiving home hemodialysis (HHD) have several advantages over those receiving in center HD such as a wide selections of dialysis times and frequencies, providing marked improvements of quality of life. It is not easy to obtain information concerning data related to real time dialysis at home for those living with family members because dialysis therapy is conducted outside centers. These deficits have been a subject of debate concerning safety and HHD regulations. To resolve these issues, newly developed support systems for HHD with recent web technology have been developed. To coordinate dialysis therapy schedules with real time conditions for both patients and in-home dialysis providers. Using this outstanding web system, our team succeeds in regulating both patient and provider's schedules in remote locations.
