[ Summary ] The eating habits have greatly changed due to changes in lifestyle such as increased numbers of individuals living alone, increased elderly populations, and changing roles for women in our society. Traditionally, meal purchased ingredients conventionally and cooked it at home. There are many choice of ready-to-eat food and side dishes everywhere with reasonable price. The dialysis patient does not become the reason that must cook a meal by oneself.
Here we have some suggestion to use easy-to-get and ready-to-eat food for dialysis patients.
