[ Summary ] The number of patients receiving daytime dialysis treatment has increased, due to diversified patient needs.
In dialysis facilities, the use of automated dialysis machines has continued to become more widespread, aiming for operational efficiency in priming for blood recovery to patients.
These machines have features which enable us to use purified dialysis fluid as priming fluid, instead of isotonic saline. As a result, users can expect a reduction in cost.
It is important to select dialysis machines depending on the situations at individual dialysis facilities, because it is necessary to correctly manage the quality of dialysis fluids.
