[ Summary ] Nutritional therapy is necessary to improve the prognosis and quality of life (QOL) of CKD patients. In our hospital, the kidney support team (KST) consists of renal specialists, registered dietitians, nurses, pharmacists and clinical engineers, who provide seamless multidisciplinary therapy for CKD patients from the pre-dialysis stage to the dialysis phase. It is also important to prevent the progression of CKD with care provided at hospitals and clinics.
