[ Summary ] Dialysis patients require lifelong special medical care. Since the initiation of dialysis therapy, various types of medical professionals have been involved in providing this form of treatment. There has not been an increase in the number of doctors corresponding to the increased number of patients. Therefore, nurses and engineers have had to help fill the role of doctors.
To implement team medical practices, individual staff members must provide their own technical knowledge. Staff members must be educated on the job. Doctor must be the leaders of these teams, and accept proposals from their medical teams. They have the responsibility to determine the tactics for patient care.
