[ Summary ] Regional health care alliances and medical team approachs are key factors in the modern health sector. The construction of a coordinated regional network concerned with treating "coordinated diseases" will become an increasingly important issue. It is necessary to rapidly develop regional health care alliances for chronic kidney disease (CKD). We must also strive to decrease the number of dialysis patients through the implementation of a network of inter-professional care givers.
