[ Summary ] The career ladder was introduced in our hospital in order to establish an educational system. The content of the career ladder examines sharing in the acute period hospital with both in the satellite clinic. The career ladder is divided into four levels which have been used to develop a curriculum for staff training. It will be necessary to examine the role of the ladder in terms of training, in order to further its effectiveness.
