| [ Summary ] | Chronic hepatitis C viral infections are commonin hemodialysis patients. Hemodialysis patients and kidney transplant recipients with HCV infection have poor survival rates. We recommend that peginterferon monotherpy be used for hemodialysis patients with chronic hepatitis C infections. | |
