[ Summary ] Because of progress in interventional therapy, we can treat vascular access complications with the interventional therapy which could not be treated before the advent of this therapy. When we choose a therapy for vascular access complications, we must always consider the benefits to patients. However, it is difficult for doctors to master both therapies, and they tend to choose the therapy that is most easily performed . We must refer to medical specialists inorder to choose the best therapy, especially for patients with extreme health difficulties.
