| [ Summary ] | Cardiovascular disease（CVD）is the leading cause of death in chronic dialysis patients. It has recently been reported that a typical symptoms and findings are observed in dialyzed patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）as compared to general populations with AMI. These results suggest that it is difficult to make a precise diagnosis of CVD in dialysis patients compared to the general population. Therefore, in order to recognize CVD in dialysis patients, screening programs are warranted in real world clinical settings. | |
