[ Summary ] In the blood dialysis patient's treatment, various types of staff members share related patient care issues. Head nurses may make medical judgments even though there is little precedent. Therefore, head nurses who work in dialysis room should have the ability make medical judgments, through abundant knowledge of their field. It is necessary to note even minor changes in patient condition. It is necessary for dialysis nurses to be highly educated in observing patient symptoms.
