This hospital commissioned an outside consulting firm for manpower development and the evaluation of systems, which were introduced. The basic advancement process is outlined below : grade → self assessment → target interview → mid-level interview → evaluation interview → grade
Target elements are the most important factor at this point. Concrete guidelines, including levels of achievement and evaluation time periods, are essential. It is also vital that staff members and supervisory personnel have open communication with each other.
In the filed of dialysis nursing, the goal of developing nurses who are qualified leaders in their profession may be achieved through implementation of training and evaluation programs.
