[ Summary ] In social work practice in this century, one of the most important tasks concerning social workers is to timely act to prevent difficult problems. Social work practices for each stage of chronic kidney disease (CKD), with a special focus on the utilization of social resources are introduced. In each stage of treatment, social workers must provide information about social resources that CKD patients and their families need, and assist them in utilizing social resources. The authors also recommend using information about social resources available on the Internet.
