| [ Summary ] | It has been five years since the introduction of the nursing insurance system. The number of elderly dialysis patients and dialysis patients requiring full time care is increasing. At present, most community care results in pressure being placed on families and communities, creating social disharmony, and eventually leading to hospitalization of the patient.
