| [ Summary ] | The Japanese nursing care insurance system has been revised. Care managers are coping with the influence those revisions have had on clients. Care managers struggle with the new system, in order to establish a community care system, based on cooperation between medical teams and long term care providers. Care managers and medical staff members who help with the daily life of patients are being asked to strengthen community care systems by cooperating more closely. |
