[ Summary ] To educate nurses to be able to make general approaches to patients and to treat them, it is essential to adopt educational methods so that they can understand the state of patients' health and more closely understand what they are experiencing, it is desirable to conduct “Experimental Training Education” for their field of study.
Moreover, Ethical Education aimes to improve “thinking ability” to help care givers be able to face complicated ethical issues concerning clinical practices after completing their schooling.
Caring Education and Ethical Education are important to inform nurses, to help them be capable of providing high quality care, and focusing on patients' needs.
