[ Summary ] There are some important problems to consider when renal transplant patients with poor allograft functions are reintroduced to dialysis treatment. Patients usually have some symptoms of uremia. Immunosuppressive drugs may cause harmful effects on these patients. Gradual withdrawal of immunosuppression and care for uremia are the most important points when patients are reintroduced to dialysis treatment.
