| [ Summary ] | Management by objectives is one of techinque for achieving management goals. The type of control will determine the efficiency and result for the best possible outcome. Management by objectives does not evaluate service quantity. It is a system that evaluates the proportion for the goal which is achieved. In terms of the evaluation of objectives, the achievement of improved human relations between managers and subordinates is paramount. Therefore, it is important to further improve the training and evaluation of personnel.
