| [ Summary ] | The initial training of skilled clinical engineering personnal is the subject of this report. The subjects were enrolled in a standard rotating system. They studied from texts designed specifically for their profession. This material was based on OJT materials, in part. No major problems are seen with the present situation. It is necessary though to update authorization qualifications. There is a problem in how to acquire the updated requirements for authorization qualifications (point acquisition etc.) in the rotation system. However, it is necessary to use the limited human resources in difficult medical treatment situations effectively with a multi-faceted approach. It is thought that the training program (function requirement book) that has the rotation system as it's nucleus is also useful for adult education. | |
