[ Summary ] Intervention therapy for VA repair has been performed in many hospitals. However, neither procedures nor indications have been established. In the future, Japanese guidelines for VA will be established by and reviewed by several societies. The appearance of a new device has gradually increased the rate and duration of VA patency.
