[ Summary ] We must attend to patients with cardiovascular disease with the limited staff and equipment in our dialysis clinics. It is important to develop an efficient care system, with solid medical records and useful databases. ECG, chest roentgenography and hemanalysis are regular examination procedures for out patients. Echocardiography, Holter ECG, stress ECGs and ECG monitoring are performed on request. Basic management of unstable patents is similar to that for non-dialysis patients, whereas the relationship of dialysis, blood pressure and weight gain are important factors for dialysis patients. In case of an emergency, the patient must be transported to the specialists after primary care, therefor we must be able communicate with the hospitals at all times.
