| [ Summary ] | By large amount of internal filtration, high removal rate of beta2-MG is obtained through DDHDF, double dialyzer hemodiafiltration. This internal filtration is stable during the dialysis treatment and possible to control by clamping the dialysate tube in the middle of two dialyzers. DDHDF were succeeded in the long term treatment and more decrease of predialysis beta2-MG value than the standard dialysis with single dialyser was necognized. |
