| [ Summary ] | Receiving functional hospital evaluations activates hospital organizations. In order to activate an organization, the following six points are taken into consideration. (1) A share of target consciousness, (2) Informational share-izing, (3) Maintenance of educational organization, (4) Exertion of leadership, (5) Use of personnel performance evaluations, (6) Proper staff arrangement. The activation of an organization should follow the same guidelines as those for every individual staff member. We need to place our focus on the rational use of personal management.
