[ Summary ] The presence and decubitus or gangrene in dialysis patients causes poor prognoses. In these cases, malnutrition and marked atherosclerosis are often recognized. Once decubitus or gangrene has developed into an infected lesion, it becomes a serious incurable condition. Usually, MRSA and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are isolated from infected decubitus or gangrene.
