| [ Summary ] | Patients in the end stage of renal dysfunction worry about their health problems. We have produced a critical path (care program), in order to decrease patients' unnecessary anxiety and gradually introduce them to hemodialysis. The treatment schedule starts with outpatient clinical care, therefore patients may easily understand the total concept of clinical care, including nursing care. This program is also expected to reduce hospitalization period. | |
