[ Summary ] Hypotension in dialysis patients can be classified into dialysis induced hypotension that is result to extra-corporeal circulation, persistent hypotension and orthostatic hypotension. Much factor contributes to the onset and development of these hypotensions, and precise mechanism remains still obscure in several patients. Many therapeutic tools have been also reported for the hypotensions, but exact treatments effective to all patients have not been fully established. Therefore, it is necessary to take appropriate tools for each prevent hypotension.
