Our purpose was to improve assessments for nursing diagnosis, which define nursing practice and give a scientific basis to it. Since today nursing quality has become an important theme, the key to quality of care is doing so. The following are required, (1) improving the ability of the each staff member, (2) making a useful format, (3) getting in the habit of recording the assessment each time, (4) systematization for continuing. Nurses can improve the ability of assessment and the quality of care by paying attention to each case to make an assessment of step by step efforts during their daily practice. |
