We make systematic development of the health care delivery system, including dialysis. Medical stuffs working indialysis unit are playing a large role in maintaining medical effectiveness through computerization for dialysis. A central database stores information on all patients with network, allowing hospitals to retrieve information about patients referred from clinics. To facilitate this sharing, the records must be stored and transmitted in digital form. Datasecurity must be considered when such sensitive information is transferred electronically. Moreover, policy-based investigative research, including collection and analysis of the necessary data and pioneering trials and evaluation of model projects will be necessary in order to make progress of renal diseases.
