From the viewpoint of psycho-nephrology, the introduction time is considerd to be the first year, because various psychiatric problems related to grief and worry are easily induced by loss of some object after the start of treatment.
We hope to prevent problems, such as depression and / or social withdrawal by the patient and family. Therefore, we must support family members and help them comprehensively cope with their problems in this first year of treatment.
