| [ Summary ] | Education must be done for the new nurse (who has not previously worked at the dialysis department), effectively and efficiently at the dialysis department. The nurse must, at least, have the special knowledge, technical skills and appropriate attitude. The nursing requires accurate knowledge and skills. As a result, to have a checklng system to evaluate new nurses is important. We use "The Dialysis Nursing Mind" especially for attitude development in our hospital. "The Dialysis Nursing Mind" means that we are generalists and also maintain a highly motivated attitude based on the specialty and human nature. We think that a senior nurse who can motivate a new nurse to study "The Dialysis Nursing Mind" is important. |
