| [ Summary ] | Since the early 1990s, the world of nursing has been evolving toward a system of specialization. Though we nephrology nurses have been aiming to establish a specialized field since the 1970 s, such a system has not yet been authorized. I analyzed factors which might contribute to solving this problem. We want to realize an educational curriculum which is patient-oriented and has the aim of raising the level of nurses in this field. | |
