[ Summary ] The patient was a man in his twenties with small bowel CD. He was referred to our department for EBD after he developed ileal strictures associated with dilatation of the intestinal tract on the oral side. Perforation was observed during EBD; thus, emergency laparotomy was performed. Two perforation sites were confirmed using resected specimens. The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged from the hospital on the 16th day of admission.
