[ Summary ] We present 3 cases of FIT-negative colorectal cancer treated at our hospital. Case 1: A man in his 60s presented with a type 0-IIa+IIc tumor measuring 10 mm in diameter in his ascending colon and underwent surgery. Histopathological diagnosis was a 0-IIa+IIc, por1> por2, pT1b, pStage I lesion. Case 2: A woman in her 60s presented with a type 0-Isp tumor measuring 20 mm in diameter in the cecum and underwent surgery. Histopathological diagnosis was a 0-Isp, tub1> muc, pT1b, and pStage I lesion. Case 3: A man in his 50s presented with a type 0-Is tumor measuring 16 mm in diameter in the lower rectum and underwent endoscopic mucosal resection. Histopathological diagnosis was a lesion categorized as 0-Is, tub1-2 with an adenoma component, pT1a, and pStage I. FIT-negative colorectal cancer is known to occur, although the prevalence of this condition is low. Thus, it is necessary to develop screening methods that combine total colonoscopic examination with FIT screening.
