[ Summary ] To investigate large intestine endoscopy with high precision, the clinical features of 25 patients with large intestine advanced cancer were examined.
Careful observation of deep fold intervals in the ascending colon, as well as full observation of intestinal tract flexures (hepatic, splenic, SDJ, RSJ is necessary). It is a also necessary to stop movement and observe the sigmoid colon due to frequent involvement of the diverticulum.
