[ Summary ] |
Scheduled follow-up endoscopy is performed after endoscopic resection to detect local recurrence and metachronous lesions. During the follow-up period, interval cancer is rarely found. In this report, we describe a case of interval cancer 15 mm in size in the transvers colon. IIa+IIc morphology and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma were noted in areas of deepest invasion. |
