[ Summary ] Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, juvenile polyposis and Cowden disease are the major diseases that cause hamartoma polyposis. These are genetic diseases, and the frequency of experience in clinical practice is not high. However, since there is a risk of progression to the malignant tumors, appropriate treatment and surveillance is important. We discuss the clinical features and surveillance methods for each disease.
