[ Summary ] Small bowel cancer (SBC) with CD is a rare complication with a high relative risk of cancer. Diagnosis is usually made intra- or (more typically) postoperatively. Intraoperative biopsies should be performed on patients suspected to have cancer. Further operation with wide resection should be considered for patients diagnosed postoperatively with possible cancer remnants because of limited resection of only the affected CD lesion. Even though the incidence is very low, it is important to consider the possibility of cancer when performing surgical treatment for Crohn's intestinal lesions
